Shimadzu redesigned our Trinias angiography systems to offer improved solutions for the challenges currently facing medical treatment centers around the world and to address the challenges that they will face in the future. We started by re-examining the basic principles of our angiography products, which resulted in identifying three new key design concepts: ALARA Design, Lean Design, and Sustainable Design. As a part of the ALARA Design concept, we chose to focus on new AI Based Deep Learning principles using our Score Opera image processing algorithm to improve image quality while allowing lower dose for Interventional imaging. We have supplemented better image processing with better dose control at the users’ fingertips and better dose visualization and dose reporting.
